PARTIAL PROPERTY STAGING
It's great if your property has most finishing elements but needs a visual lift with the finishing touches. Our partial property styling is a great way of enhancing your home by bringing in our carefully curated finishing pieces like throws, cushions, accessories, and other small items – perfect for adding the extra touches that make your home stand out.

FURNITURE PACKAGES 
We provide custom furniture packages tailored to your showhome, Airbnb, boutique commercial accommodation, and investment properties. There is no one package fits all - we create beautiful properties based on the desired look you want to achieve - whether that be a glamorous city break or a cozy winter escape, we will transform your investment into a uniquely styled space ready to earn you high returns. 

THE STAGING PROCESS

Step 1. Let’s chat
Get in touch. We’ll discuss your space, styling needs and ideal timeline. From there, we’ll book a walkthrough. If you’ve got a floor plan handy, we’ll check that out too.
Step 2. In person consultation
An initial consultation is necessary to gain a clear perspective of your project - a working session where we will walk through your property and take measurements, photos and videos.
Step 3. Quote
After our consultation, we will create a staging proposal and quote specific to your project. Once approved, we can start planning all the finishes - this is when the real fun starts.
Step 4. Design
We’ll get to work behind the scenes to put together your design concept, plan the layout and select your furnishings.
Step 5. Install
Transformation time. The second-best bit. We’ll seamlessly set up the space so you can get to market as quickly as possible.
Step 6. Removal
Congratulation, you’ve sold your property. We’ll take care of the removal so you can hand over the keys. If your contract has expired and you need an extension we will do our best to accommodate this.

Celene has 20 years of experience in styling and pays attention to the finer details. We use quality accessories from trade-only suppliers to ensure your property attracts quality buyers. With everything from furniture, rugs, artwork, vases and kitchen accessories - we will create a cohesive design that makes your property stand out.
CAN WE PURCHASE THE FURNITURE OR ACCESSORIES 
See something you love? We can purchase the item on your behalf from our trade-only suppliers. Due to the nature of our business, we can’t always sell our staging stock.
WHEN SHOULD I ENGAGE WITH CELENE INTERIORS
We recommend at least two weeks between quoting and installation. 
We will always try to accommodate everyone, even at short notice.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required 48 hours before installation.
HOW LONG IS AN AVERAGE HIRE CAMPAIGN
Four weeks with one week free for installation, photography and removal - extensions are available at a discounted rate.
HOW MUCH DOES PROPERTY STYLING COST
The price depends on the property size, amount of living spaces, bedrooms, access to the property, number of stairs etc. We offer a complimentary quote, where we assess your property and design a specific styling package to suit.
