PRICING
All pricing is in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and includes GST of 15%. Celene Interiors reserves the right to change pricing anytime at their discretion and without prior notice.

CURRENCY
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and your credit card will be billed in New Zealand dollars. If overseas, your credit card provider will convert the amount into your local currency at the current exchange rate plus add any applicable fees or charges.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept payment by credit card and direct deposit in our account. You get to choose your preferred payment method during the checkout process. Credit Card We accept Visa and Mastercard. Payments are processed via the secure Stripe payment gateway.

Please use your order number as a reference when direct depositing. Please email us at celene@celeneinteriors.co.nz to confirm your payment. Please note that some banks take 24 to 48 hours to process payments and unfortunately your order cannot be dispatched until these payments have been cleared.

PHONE ORDERS
If for any reason you do not wish to make a purchase online we are more than happy to take orders over the phone. Please contact us on +64 21887795 if you prefer this option.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not happy with the product you have chosen from Celene Interiors we will either give you a refund (excluding courier costs) or exchange it, if the items are returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging in order to receive a refund. We are unable to refund items that have been purchased at a discounted price.

FAULTY ITEMS
Celene Interiors check all products thoroughly before they are sent out. If however you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged please let us know within 5 days of purchase. If the product is faulty, we will refund or credit the cost of return postage.

CODES & COUPONS
Codes and Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with an existing promotion to receive a further discount on your purchase. If for example you have a code or coupon that entitles you to a 20% discount on a particular product, if that product is already reduced you will not be able to use the code to receive a further reduction in price.

DELIVERY

For purchases made within New Zealand we offer a flat courier charge of $10.00 for the North Island and $15 for the South Island. These costs exclude deliveries to the Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Stewart Island, and the Chatham Islands.
Note additional charges apply for furniture deliveries and some large/heavy homeware items, prices available on application. All purchases made by international customers will be charged an additional fee for delivery outside of New Zealand.
Delivery times will vary depending on your location. We endeavour to get your order dispatched within 2-3 working days.If you have place your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday.  For furniture deliveries please allow 10-14 days for delivery.
If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.
When ordering please specify a physical delivery address as we don’t deliver to PO Boxes.
If you are not going to be at the delivery address when our courier calls and you would like the parcel to be left, please note this and the location for the parcel to be left, in the 'Comments' box when ordering.
